The world is plenty big enough for two redheaded TV personalities, says Toronto native and proud ginger, Andrew Gould.

Gould says his hair colour makes him memorable and can be a great tool for disarming subjects in an interview setting. His advantage going into the Gillette Drafted competition is a self-described “unique balance of nerdy intelligence mixed with strong interpersonal skills.”

“I’m the guy who was running all the charity events and working on student council while still being friends with all the jocks in high school,” Gould said.

He also cites actor and comedian Leslie Nielsen as an inspiration for his ‘straight-faced obliviousness’ style of humour that won kudos all around in his audition video.

Currently residing in Leaside, Gould is working as a summer temp while planning his strategy for Gillette Drafted 2.
